Ball studs

Ball studs are designed for use in ball joints and other applications where articulation is required. Acument Global Technologies is uniquely positioned to offer ball studs produced using three different techniques:
Cold formed for most standard applications Welded for applications requiring mixed materials Turned for special applications with unique geometries

Bushes and spacers

Custom geometry, female fixing or locating elements used as: Re-enforced fastening points for thread forming fasteners Locating points for bearings or shafts Spacers Housings and sleeves for anti-vibration mountings

Toothed components 

New, more stringent crash test parameters require pinions with higher mechanical strength. The cold formed net-shape toothed components offer higher strength gear teeth, combined with precision tolerances to offer improved reliability and performance.
